Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SignalLift at signallift.wattrebate.com (the “Service”), operated by the SignalLift product team (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SignalLift provides AI visibility and SEO revenue audit tools, including free preview reports and optional paid reports, monitoring subscriptions, and agency features as described on our pricing page.

Preview audits are generated automatically and are for informational purposes. Paid deliverables may include expanded reports and recommendations as described at checkout.

2. Accounts and submissions

You may submit a domain, email address, and related information to request audits or reports. You represent that you have the right to submit any domain you enter and that your contact information is accurate.

3. Payments

Paid plans are sold through our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for checkout. Paddle’s terms and policies apply to payment, tax, and invoicing. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

Current plans: Teardown ($9 one-time), Monitor ($19/month), Agency ($49/month), as listed on the pricing page. We may change prices for new purchases with reasonable notice on the website.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt the site, scrape at abusive rates, submit unlawful content, or use the Service to infringe others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and site content except where noted. You receive a limited license to use reports delivered to you for your internal business purposes. You may not resell our reports as a standalone product without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and reports are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Audit scores, revenue estimates, and recommendations are not guarantees of search rankings, revenue, or business outcomes. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.

8. Refunds

Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. Where Paddle processes your payment, refund requests may also be subject to Paddle’s procedures.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
